Meet The Sage Therapy Advisor Team
Sarah Rapillard, MS, CCC-SLP
Sarah Rapillard, MS, CCC-SLP, is an experienced speech-language pathologist and private practice owner based in Southeast Georgia. A graduate of Auburn University, she founded Coastal Plain Therapy & Wellness in 2019, offering on-site instrumental swallowing and voice assessments in skilled nursing facilities and ENT offices. In 2021, she expanded the practice to provide adult-focused, outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services to the local community.
Sarah's passion for helping other private practice owners is based on her own experience in building a thriving, multidisciplinary practice from the ground up. With a commitment to evidence-based patient care, as a private practice owner, she also prioritizes team culture and leadership development, creating a workplace where employees are motivated to stay and grow. Her leadership extends to her role as President of the Georgia Speech-Language-Hearing Association, where she has served in various capacities on the Executive Council since 2016.
At Sage Therapy Advisors, Sarah offers the insight and support she wishes she had during her journey—comprehensive guidance on startup planning, insurance and pricing, marketing, compliance, and transition planning. Her approach centers on tailored, buildable solutions that save clients time and money, helping them avoid the pitfalls of information overload and costly mistakes. Sarah’s mission is to empower other practice owners to succeed with clarity and confidence.
